John Stallman this past Saturday, 12 March 2005 . The flight was made over Auburn, Alabama. He was a great friend and role model. He will be greatly missed by all. Jack Thompson John Stallman was one of the early organizers along with Leon LaShomb and others of our Air America Association and remained a stalwart supporter down through the years. I first met John in SGN in early '66 and we were friends ever since. We lived close to one another there. In '75 we did some auto business while we both lived in Singapore. I last saw and talked with John at our Jax reunion in June '03. He was ill then but didn't elaborate. He will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace, John. Submitted by Jack Knotts |
