The Hospitality Room and the Country Store will open at 12:00 noon and the Hospitality Room will close at 12:00 midnight each day. Thursday June 2 Tour to the National Museum of the USAF starting with lunch at the Wright Patterson AFB Officers Club (included), Buses leave hotel at 12:00 Noon. Tour the Museum 2 PM to 4:30 PM. Special CIA Symposium at the Museum commencing at 5:30 PM. Buses depart to hotel at 9:00 PM Symposium titled: Stories of Sacrifice and Dedication: Civil Air transport, Air America, and the CIA. • Featuring Dr. Tim Castle, Dr. Nick Dujmovic, MGen John Singlaub and the Honorable Craig Duehring (Special Note: An abridged version of this program will be repeated at the Association’s Historical Symposium at the hotel on Saturday Afternoon. Also, each attendee will receive a booklet and copy of the documents and the DVD of the film Extraordinary Fidelity) Bus will return to the Hotel at 4:30 for those not planning to attend the symposium and pick up those late arrivals who do wish to attend the Symposium.
