The Hospitality Room and the Country Store will open at 12:00 noon and the Hospitality Room will close at 12:00 midnight. Saturday 9 AM to MIDNIGHT: Hospitality Suite General Membership meeting - 9:30 AM in the Hotel Association Historical Symposium - 1:30PM in the same location as General membership meeting Reunion Banquet: - 6:00 PM no host cocktails, Dinner at 7:30 PM – special entertainment and dancing Sunday Bloody Mary’s in Hospitality Room and Country Store open until Noon. Hospitality Room will be stocked with snacks, beverages & cocktails ____________________________ Please note: The Air America Association membership voted at the reunion in 2011 to cease using the services of the Reunion Brat to organize the annual reunions. Beginning with the 2012 Reunion in San Diego, a newly formed Reunion Planning and Coordination Committee led by Kathy Bruner will plan, organize, and coordinate future reunions.
