Crew chief for heavy inspections of DHC-4 Caribous.

Supervisor Maintenance Research Department – Planning, selecting, integration and introduction of all technical, maintenance and overhaul support of new aircraft acquisitions and major modifications of existing aircraft; examples Volpar conversions, Porter TPE-331 conversions, B-727, B-204B, T-53, JT8D, TPE-331. Review, analysis and revision of aircraft inspection/maintenance programs and analysis, research and solutions of chronic maintenance and overhaul problems concerning CAT, SAT and AAM aircraft.

My three years of unfettered technical involvement in practically every facet of maintenance/overhaul support of a fleet of 165+ diverse types of aircraft gave me more challenges but also more satisfaction than any other job I have ever held. The comradery, pride and pure fun experienced and the individual and family friends made have stayed with me every since and are still cherished to this day.
