Reunion Itinerary and Agenda

The following is a tentative itinerary.  Updates will be posted as they become available.

Wednesday

Registration desk opens.

The Hospitality Room and the Country Store will open at 12:00 noon and the Hospitality Room will close at 12:00 midnight.

Thursday

9 AM to MIDNIGHT:  Hospitality Suite

Lunch at the “O” Club/Tour of MCAS Flight Line/Flying Leather Neck Museum. 
Times to be determined.

Friday

9 AM to MIDNIGHT:  Hospitality Suite

San Diego Zoo and/or USS Midway . 
Times to be determined.

ANNUAL LEON LASHOMB MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
Friday morning at 10:15 a.m.  Contact Terry Bruner for details

Hospitality Suite:  Evening Auction of CAT/AAM Memorabilia. 
Bring your contributions.

Saturday

9 AM to MIDNIGHT:  Hospitality Suite

General Membership meeting - 9:30 AM in the Hotel

Association Historical Symposium - 1:30PM in the same location as General membership meeting

Reunion Banquet: - 6:00 PM no host cocktails, Dinner at 7:30 PM – special entertainment and dancing

Sunday

Bloody Mary’s in Hospitality Room and Country Store open until Noon.

Hospitality Room will be stocked with snacks, beverages & cocktails

Please note:  The Air America® Association membership voted at the reunion in 2011 to cease using the services of the Reunion Brat to organize the annual reunions.  Beginning with the 2012 Reunion in San Diego, a newly formed Reunion Planning and Coordination Committee led by Kathy Bruner will plan, organize, and coordinate future reunions.
